it is not the evidences that stop people believing
it is their belief in most cases.

What about desertification due to deforrestation ,but speeded up by unusual hot Suns.
Water shortage .Rising seas
Croploss due to temperature changes ,
Heat and cold weaves that are killing people .
Flasfloods .

Mass exstinction of Flora and fauna ,many animals are becoming sick because of SMALL changes in temperature .
Insects are affected and some are going out of control such as the parasites that are killing the bees.
Vital links in the food chains are disapearing affecting other species further along in the chain.
We are witness to a mass exstinction ,for the first time since the dinosaurs, of the earth's estimated 10 million species, 300,000 have vanished in the past 50 years. each years, 3,000 to 30,000 species become extinct.
Everything is happening so fast it is not possible to monitor things any more.

who thought Global warming was a lie ,and who was religious .

granted many people who believed in God and also believed in climate change .

many People are used to fiction and they feel more comfortable with fairytales instead of the truth.

World leaders are not too concerned with the well being of the masses ,on the contrary .it was stated at a conference in Copenhagen,in 1998,by an American statesman , that the Agenda demanded a decrease in the world population of 60%,and you cannot achieve this if you start saving everybody.

Scientists who get paid by politicians have downplayed the facts because solutions are expensive and means change .

Change effects many peoples incomes,and upsets profit margins,so most of the world is kept in the dark of the real things that are going on.for political and economic reasons .

Global warming is a very complex collection of many effects

This text only covers some aspects of global warming mainly man made desertification
Industrial contamination ,the contaminating effects of the cities ,is another story

There are natural cycles in the planets life
but mans existance has its effects,and this is increasing with overpopulation,putting strains on Natural resources and increasing contaminations as well as destructions of essential componants the ensure living conditions for all life forms.

In North Africa,India,Mexico ,millions of people are effected by land loss and desertification and some have died as a result.

In china, thousands of what used to be farmers are running for their lives from the dust storms, that have burried their towns and turned their lands into dessert.

The Sahara is growing by 7 kilometers a year
and many of the desserts we know are a results of mans actions ,and they are increasing ,in the dinosaurs days ,there were very few desserts.

Collectively this planet is drying up because of bad farming practices like,over grazing and fertilizers,

Each degree rise in temperature means 10%crop loss

There is less and less water (because of deforestation),to irrigate this production ,
and there are less and less farmers to do it..

Each year 70 million more people have to eat and drink and wash

Farmers are plowing more and more unstable lands because they have lost so many million hectares to desertification ,because of bad farming practises ,such as using fertilizers and heavy machinary , over grazing, overpumping deep carbon aquifiers.

RISING SEAS
The northpole is melting ,and we will know it without ice in our life times.
This does not affect the sea level because it is ice that is already in the water.

The melting ice from Green land and the south pole ,are another matter.

if forrest are being exchanged for ashalt,concrete and desserts, what is gonna keep this planet habitable for us.

We as humanity can behave in a less stressful manner as far as the Environment is concerned ,but it will mean global co operation between all countries ,and taking into account human nature and the world politics ,it is unlikely that this will happen.

The problem stems from the ecoterrorists - they exaggerated facts and figures so much that people knew they were wrong.

That is why it is now usually referred to as "Climate Change". Even as climate change you will have noticed that the previous dire predictions were all halved this year!

Climate change or global warming - call it what you will - has a number of causes and science recognises that human causes are not the major element in a range of causes - but they are the ones we can do something about!

For that reason we need to rein in the extremist predictions and stop environment being used as an excuse to raise taxes, fines and other avenues to gain revenue.

We need good science and open and honest debate and above all we need to stop the extremists putting people off listening to the real facts and figures which are bad enough.

Look, I did some calculations - I assume that you could do them too - and there's roughly 44 cubic miles of atmoshere for every person on this planet. I fail to see how we're affecting it much one way or the other.

They make money or lots of money directly or indirectly from the drilling, processing or selling of fossil fuels. There are millions of people who fall into this catagory. They haven't been shown yet they can make a realistic, safe transition to alternative electricity and power and they be kept financially in the loop. Instinct. Survival. The federal government should be the one to guide America into a future practically free of fossil fuels.

Others take conservative ideologies to extremes. If Al Gore or environmentalists say it it must be wrong. That may change as acknowledged conservatives join those who believe global warming is real.

because, like usual skeptics would rather argue with any little tid-bit of data that conflicts with reason, while overlooking other info.
Its hard to believe, but people with PhD's are over-looking info in their own field just to dispute it.

regardless of whether it is occuring or not the factors that are attributed with it, are still major problems that need to be dealt with.

the only true experiment that will yeild conclusive evidence oon whther it is truely occuring by man or not, is to allow it to occur and when things don't change back as suspected(get cooler), while the greenhouse gases linger in the atmosphere, then we have undeniable evidence. the only problem with that is.....once you have that evidence, it is too late to do anything about it.

goes along these lines....
If some tells you the food in front of you is toxic(regardless of the source) are you going to eat it because they haven't given undeniable proof, or find something else because the undeniable prooof you seek(you getting poisoned) would come when it is far too late to do anything about it??
the global warming alarmists are telling you not to eat it, because being safe is better than being sorry, while the skeptics here and there are telling you there is no proof that there is poison in the food(even without testing it), so go ahead and eat it.

They dont see the major effects of it right in their face for example people in the North may not theink theat the tempsare rising because they are still quite cold in the winter and they dont see or realize that its the ave. global temps also they may not be educated about the topic and that they just dont want to believe something like this is happening

First off because if you look at the history of our planet, it has gone through cycles of freezing and melting many times, which makes many people wonder if what we are doing is causing that to happen or if it is just occuring naturally like it always has.

Also, many many geologists don't believe that it is happening, so lots of people see them say that they don't believe it and it makes them question if it is real, I'm not saying that it isn't but I am saying that lots of people want more REAL proof, instead of just speculation.
