I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I will tell you that you are not fat!!!The best thing you could do is first dump your boyfriend because you do not deserve that. Second if YOU are unhappy with how you look then rather than trying to lose weight (because you don't need to) then try toning up what you have. Do strength training exercises to turn what fat you do have into muscle. If you go to self.com they have great exercises for toning up. That way you'll be strong and toned. But do it for you. Your boyfriend sounds like a loser anyway so girl go find you a new one!!!

at 5ft 8 and 139 pounds I would say that you are not fat. you may have a few misplaced pounds but exercise and diet will take care of those. and losing weight as fast as you can is not a good idea.it will only come back. you need nutrition and exercise and lose it slowly and that way you can keep it off.

well, I am currently on a diet and replace one meal (dinner) with a shake. In the shake I include the following:
1. Blueberries (filled with antioxidants)
2. Strawberries
3. Banana ( fill you up)
4. SKIM MILK ( helps you digest)
5. Teaspoon of Honey
6. Grapefruit ( a great source of FAT BURNER)
Just make enough for one cup and I guarantee you would be satisfied and hopefully start shedding off those unwanted pounds! I wish you luck!!! :)
but do this for yourself and yourself only!

Normally I would try to give you actual diet and exercise advice but honestly that is not a healthy situation you are in.
Don't EVER try to change your body for someone else. Don't ever let that be your motivation.
And at your height, you are not even close to 30 pounds overweight! You want to be 109lbs at 5'8"? That's quite skinny.
I doubt your boyfriend would be on the cover of Mens Fitness magazine so it's ridiculous that you are the one that feels you have to change.
Don't change for anyone,

You need to lose about 150-200 lbs... by dumping your current boyfriend. You are not, i repeat, are NOT fat. If you lose 30 lbs, you will weigh 109 lbs, which is very unhealthy for someone who is 5'8. You don't need to lose weight. But if you still insist on losing weight, don't lose more than 5 lbs. Never let anyone make you feel bad about your body.

Well, you could start by losing the weight of an undeserving man. Dump his booty. Give him a call and tell him you came up with a solution to your weight issue- tell him goodbye! You are far from fat. Check out your BMI online if you don't believe all of your respondents.

Your boyfriend is an @$$. Sorry to say, but you could lose more than 30 pounds just by kicking him to the curb (how much does he weigh?). If this guy really, truly loved you, he would never ever say something like that. Ever.

You are 5'8" and you want to weigh 109... That's anorexic... I am 5'5" and I'm 120 and I am 5lbs underweight... You are fine at your current weight.
Maybe you just need to tone a few things up... We all lose muscle and have a little flab after winter.
Good luck and I also hope you lose your bf.
I wonder what his measurements are???

Bf sounds like a complete ****.Kick his *** to the curb. No point staying with someone like that. Whats gonna happen if you ever get pregnant? He will tell you to abort or if you have a child he'll tell you how fat and ugly you are afterwards.good luck.
