We really need a team name. I've done some research but I havent found any that really catch my attention. We want it to be fun and to show of our bubbly personalities!

Some of these are a little odd, but here goes:

"The Cud-Spittin' Cancer Fightin' Yee-Hawers" - Sort of a 'down on the farm' theme, you could make your tent look like a barn.
"The Red Carpet Cancer Crew" - Dress up all Hollywood glmour, have a red carpet, bedazzle your tent.
"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" - think 'totally 80s', leg warmers, bright colours, horrible hairstyles and the like
"Groovy Girls" - 60s theme, peace signs, bell bottoms, everything hippy-esk

Have fun!

How many of you are there? How about "Bubbly Latour #"? Bubbles LaTour was an infamous or famous exotic dancer, and the name has been used to indicate exotic dancers ever since in some literature. Since you're girls, bubbly by nature, probably somewhat willing to take risks (almost all teenagers are) and working for a good cause, why not take advantage of Bubble's reputation as a girl with a heart of gold? Good luck, and happy walking.

Our relay for life had a "Movie" theme. So all of the teams had names that dealt with movies. Ours was "Under the Sea" we based it off of the LITTLE MERMAID. We had plastic "bubbles" and paper mache fish hanging from out tent. Maybe think of a movie that has characters in it similar to your friends. Or even cartoons or tv shows.

You could even base it around candy (like skittles) or maybe use a board game like Candy Land, or something like that.

I"m not real good at things like this...but hopefully something will spark an idea for yall to use!

Good Luck!

after I coached, I named my ladies communities Valkyries (examine Norse mythology of you do not recognize what a Valkyrie is). Valkyries might want to in good structure the bill for women who're both appealing and as demanding as they arrive. Plus you may have a surprising crew music (Richard Wagner's experience of the Valkyries, from his opera Die Walkure). Mermaids might want to also be a sturdy call for a blue crew. One coach I knew referred to as his crew Double X, after the female chromosome.
