Will the child get the same mother's citizenship? What about location/place, date of birth? (place: 3500 feet on air, date: between the timezone from US to England?)

If a child was born on a plane in midair at any country, the place of birth is at the COUNTRY THAT THE PLANE DEPARTED FROM!!!!!!

It used to be they would get the citizenship of the FIRST country in which the plane landed.

ravindra... i dont think u've seen the news lately... but i wouldnt know the answer to this question...

but this is what i think the child should get....

citizenship to both US and England...
birthplace: heaven

and i believe the airplane was going from England to the US...
