We've been playing monopoly all morning. Sure enough every time I got up to get a snack for her and I she took a 500 dollar bill from the bank.
I feel so violated and hurt.
I just don't know if I can go on living this lie anymore.

First of all, how long has this been going on? How did you know she was stealing also?Does that mean you were spying on her through the gap in the kitchen door?If so, why were you spying on your wife?There is a definite issue of trust here. Why the hell are you getting up to get her a snack? Who wears the trousers in your house?
Solutions-Get her plenty of water, when she inevitably goes to the toilet, steal the money back. If she's shrewd she'll take it with her, in which case put hotels on all your properties for when she gets back. SHe will notice of course but then you can argue her down so you still retain 50% of them anyway. After that, concentrate and beat her as good as you can, being careful not to kill her...

that isn't cheating. it's her money too. You are MARRIED. She can take money out if she wants to. Your money is yours together.
Cheating is catching her in bed with ANOTHER MAN or a WOMAN, etc.
There is something wrong with you, period.
Money isn't worth fighting over.
IT just isn't.
