Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.

As for gaining weight, ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist or a dietician so that you get a diet plan that will help you gain weight the healthy way. You must exercise though so that your weight gain becomes muscle and not fat. The exercise can take any form that you enjoy so that you stick with it (fast walking, running, weight training, sports, etc).
