I would suggest seeing your doctor first. It could be nothing serious but have your doctor rule out anything serious to start with. Then go from there.

best person to sort it out is your doctor,he will tell u whats wrong and give u some suggestions like maybe physio therapy or heat treatment.

you can always try physical therapy. heat and ice therapy usually seems to help as well.
