Brainwashed people see it differently from people outside of the cult. They think that they are special, and all of the deaths either did not occur, or were everyone else's fault.

Greed, for money (gold), greed for power. Is that what you are talking about? Because these two sins are why more people have been killed than for any other reason. Yes, many evil people looking for power over others have put on religious robes and killed in the name of God. I know no Christian who EVER killed anyone else because of love for God.. You question is very bigoted... Jim

You live under a government, that's a controlling instituion. Those institutions have killed more people in the world than any religious organization..............why would you want to be a citizen of a government?

If there were no religion, people would still find reasons to kill.
It isn't the religion that causes the pain. It's the way small little minds interpret it. Everyone is so black and white that they cannot see behind their sad little realms of existence.

I don't know, Hitler and Stalin got pretty high figures, 11 and 20 million, respectively. They were atheists. Anyway, regardless of what other belief systems have done, true Christianity would never promote killing ppl for no reason. God commands us to love our enemies and do everything we can to avoid killing, but there are instances when it would be necessary.

Christianity has the most blood on it of just about any religion. BUT its been quite a while since its happened. Obviously no one in this lifetime did anything. All though plenty of them can't wait for you to burn so they can gloat.
