I have the experience of growing up and being educated in the delusional world of christianity.

I always had a sense that other people were trying to have power over what I could and could not believe.

Becoming an atheist was very liberating as no one has power over my thoughts but myself.

No more than the historic Jesus did. Through powerlessness, the works of God are revealed. Often, experience with religion is what makes an atheist. Many of the answers from atheists on religion are more concise and informative, than answers from christians. Atheists stand on the outside of religion, so their answers are more impartial and logical. Often they are the subject of a lot of slings and arrows because they give answers that don't exactly tickle the christian ear.

I actually do have experience living life as a Christian and as an Agnostic. Life is much more relaxed now that I'm Agnostic. I'm not sure if I have more or less power than anyone.

How about the power of reason? How about the power to tell you that you are failing miserably at what you are trying to do? You are very immature.

Any intelligent person including the atheist has the freedom to exercise his/her power depending upon what kind of power he/she will exercise.

I would say that experience would trump atheism, since I've never seen atheism work.
