ive been on a diet for 2 months now and have lost 20 pounds...
i wasnt fat i weighed 143 pounds and now i am 128....i was on a strict diet and only crashed a few times...which is normal...i dont care what anyone says you will feel hungry at some point but you have to get over it and eat some veg or fruit if u r....

Everyday for breakfast i had a bowl of bran flakes with semi skimmed milk which is full of fiber and cleans out your system...

for lunch i had a fat free soup which only had around 30 calories...cambells soup to be precise...

then an apple or banana

Dinner bowl of pasta not too much around a handful with salad and yoghurt....

And obviously exercise.....30-40 minutes jogging....
i varied my exercise sometimes i would go an hour walk with my mp3 or go on the treadmilll...
i do weights a couple of times a week and sit ups...ive increased my time and do around 3.5 miles a day

thats really it....this is coming from a female who is 18 yrs old..
it works....

Ok, well done and everything but you're 18 - your body is still growing. It sounds like you're going practically hungry and exercising - no wonder you've lost weight. To me, that is a bland diet with no enjoyment - I'd need some meat or chicken (along with the salad and stuff). This is coming from a 20 year old female who is a size 8-10 and has never dieted; I like to enjoy my food and I don't believe it's healthy to allow myself to just go hungry

Good for you girl! Be proud of yourself.

It doesn't sound like you were living on very many calories, but you felt able to exercise so it must have been right for you.

You might, just might shame me into trying it....Lordie...no willpower though.

Got any of that for sale?
