sounds good, you should lose about a pound a week.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

To lose 15 pounds in 3 months is short and it will take longer for the reason of,as you grow older more fat is accumulated for the reason that not enough exercises are used to burn the fat off. You could lose 5 pounds in weight in 6 months.

Yes it is, it will give your body a chance to get into a routine and if you give up and eat junk food it will give you enough time to get back on track, Exercise is the key!! at first you may not think you loosing any weight but your body is gaining a little bit muscle.

I have been eating healthy and going to the gym five times a week and lost half a stone.
YOU CAN DO IT!

Yep, sure is. I lost half a stone in 6 weeks once but I had to eat no crap whatsoever, but ate plenty of other stuff, I certainly didn't starve. I ran every day for at least half an hour, did kickboxing 3 times a week and went to the gym at least twice a week. It's hard, but it's doable with a sh*tload of exercise. Running is best for losing weight (ever seen a fat marathon runner?) and if you suppliment it with some weights work, you'll be laughing!! Good luck

this is OK.lose slowly rather than too fast and u will put back soon.i have lost 12lbs in 3-4 months without fasting or starving.all u do is more raw salads and more vegetables and fruits and juices and cut down on main meals to half or nearly there.u will feel much better and healthier and people will notice and like it.u will lose excess or extra without any problems then it will stay there and here u need to do exercise and only then u will lose.eat healthy and no diet or any thing.let us know our progress in 3 months.good luck

i think 3 months is plenty long enough if you are serious, but dont think of a diet, just eat when your hungy stop when you have enough, dont feel you have to eat it all, and do a little more exercise, keep this up and you will keep the weight off, as soon as you mention the word diet, you start to think of foods high in calories and crave them all the more, if you have everything in moderation, and increase exercise you should have no more problems, good luck

Yeah, if you loose 5 pouns per month it will work out better. Loosing weight slowly is better for you then having it all come off at once!!

i know i would get bored only losing abot a pound a week but the slower you do it the more likely it is to stay off. well done you seem like you have planned it out very well. and remember to exercise as well as diet!

I agree! you wouldn't want to loose a lot of weight really quickly because it can effect your health- I would only advice you to loose this weight if you are overweight, not if you are a natural and healthy weight for you height and age!
Hope this has helped
