No relationship can survive without honesty and trust. You should tell him if, for no other reason, what's done in the dark soon comes to light. The chances are he's not going to like it no matter where or how he hears it but it will be a lot better if it comes from you.
Be prepared for the worst case scenario: He may not want to stay in the relationship after you tell him which would be understandable. He also needs to know because if you had unprotected sex you could very well be bringing something dreadful home to him. Do you love him? Would you want him to do that to you? Be honest and be woman enough to step up to the plate and take responsibility for your actions.
Just curious. What possessed you to have sex with another guy if you had a great guy to start with? Is there a problem with your sex life? If so, why not have a chat with your man and tell him how you feel. Try to work on correcting whatever is wrong instead of sleeping with other men behind his back.
In any case, you should tell him what happened and go from there. Good luck to you.

why did you have sex with a differnet guy at a party ? you must not care about your boyfriend very much since you did this..take it as a hint and end your relationship. you cheated because a part of you does not care about him and you are not happy in your relationship with him....simple as that...why tell him because it will only hurt him more and make him take it out on all and any future women in his life...just break it off. God forbid if you caught a STD or became pregnant..he would sure know then, wouldn't he ?

Just break up with him without an explanation.
You obviously don't love him, or you would not have betrayed his trust.
Telling him the truth would also end the relationship, but would (at the very least,) cause a huge drama scene and (at worst) cause a fistfight or the physical injury of at least one of the three of you.
The drama scene is probably what you're hoping for. But its just not worth the consequences.

NOOOOO! ONLY IF you knew it was an out of character one time mistake and are 110% positive it will never happen again. BUT, if you think you are going to habitually cheat on him, just remove yourself from the relationship; he doesnt deserve that. Learn from your mistake and move on, but whatever you do, dont tell him, UNLESS there is a possibilty he will find out from someone else, in that case, YOU need to be the one to tell him first.

No NO no right now you have plausible deny-ability. Never speak of this again and if the guy opens his mouth you can say "In his dreams" if you are confronted. In fact you should delete this question.

Mitch must be from another planet to give you an answer like that. However . . . these things always get out somehow. Personally, I would let it go and cross that bridge when you come to it.
