Fitman is right.
TOO much fiber can cause diarhea which has it own problems. Not only that but too much fiber causes your body to not absorb enough nutrients.
FEW people suffer from a diet to rich in fiber. Actually what most people consider a "high fiber" diet is what you should have for normal health and digestion.

fiber fills you up and keeps you fuller for longer. However, i wouldnt go above the regular daily intake. I got the new oats and chocolate and oats and peanut butter fiber bars which apparently have 35 % of my daily fiber needs! So this are a great snack to fill me up for a while.. along with an apple :) and were good to go!

It's healthy. All one needs is approximately 30-35 grams of fiber per day to regulate the digestive system. It can also cause one to lose pounds.-Safely.

Well fiber is in a lot of the food you already eat. Fruit for instance. Gettng it naturally is the best way. If you go out of your way to eat too much you will have the surprise of your life. LOL.
Do the research and eat well.

Generally, it is very good. However, if you consume much more than 13 grams per 1000 calories, it can cause diarrhea along with nutrient depletion.
