If its too high (about 101 degrees), take her to emergency. Otherwise, have her rest, take advil or tylenol and drink and eat hot liquids like tea or soup.

Have her get a cold compress like an ice bag with a damp towel wraped around it. This will help with the fever. Give her a asprin or tylenol or advil. Call a doctor. Drink plenty of water.
Keep her cool. Cover with a blanket if needed.

If the fever is over 101 just aspirin etc.and a tepid bath and or towel. If She has a fever that persists for more then a day or is over 101.4 call a doctor asap.
