Fresh boiled chicken is great much better than the commercial food especially since the food fiasco from Menu Foods.

However you also need to get your kitty to eat some dry food. I recommend Innova EVO, or Felidae, or Chicken soup for the cat lover's soul. All of these are high quality foods with the protein coming from a meat source. Most low grade dry foods cheat the consumer by offering food that is mostly whole grain ground corn but they can list it as high in protein. Cats are carnivores of the highest order they need meat protein NOT plant protein.

If kitty is stubborn about the dry, add some of the chicken juices (from the boiled chicken) to soften the food but with the idea of eventually getting kitty to eat the dry as is along with the boiled chicken.

Good luck!

My cat had the same problem! She stopped eating whiska pouches after getting sick from it so all she ate was raw meat and chicken. So I changed brands and flavours. Like humans, cats get sick of eating the same brands and flavours all the time so they like a change. Try a different brand of raw meat with chicken in it. If he still doesn't eat it, crush the biscuits that he eats and mix them into the raw meat. Eventually, he'll start eating that meat even without the crushed biscuits and he'll love it. (My cat went through the same thing.) Just remember to change brands often. :)

Not really, this is not a complete diet so he will not be getting all this nutrients.

Try a few different cat foods, and persevere with it. Whiskas is not a good quality food, so I think your cat is just developing good taste! Try Iams or Hills Science Diet.

Feeding the cat only moist type foods isn't good for their teeth. They should have dry food for a primary food with moist food on occasion or only one feeding a day leaving dry down all the time.
If you have to let her go two days, most of the time they will get hungry enough to start eating what is available
