I rarely use profanity. If a woman enters the room and I am sitting, I stand up. I open doors for women.
Before I retired, I made certain that NOBODY where I worked used any kind of language that would be offensive, and that no off-color jokes were told. I used to be a regulatory compliance officer, and I know that people are offended by vulgar talk and jokes. I also know that businesses get sued by people when they allow such jokes to continue in the work place.
People should be raised to show some common courtesy, not just to women, but also to parents and grandparents.

I stop swearing when a woman enters earshot or even a man who is a stranger, but these days the language I hear from woman and strangers is worse than what I use myself.
I hate it when I walk into a shop and expect service and the assistant starts swearing in their conversation with me, as if the have judged me - he won't mind swearing.
Getting back to your question, I try to avoid swearing or direct talk about sex with women at work, yet my female colleagues aren't always complicit in their own conversations.
If I spoke as freely and directly about sex as the woman do at my work, I would probably be liable for sexual harrassment charges.

I try not to cuss, I open doors and if there are no other seats, I will offer mine. I always tell people, treat a woman the way you would want another man to treat your sister.

it relatively is a gymnasium locker. in case you prefer to drop your pants off and bypass to the bathe - bypass forward and do it. Who cares? in case you in a locker the place people substitute, if that's greater well-off so which you will stroll 10/20 metres bare - do no longer pay attention to everyone and do exactly that. nonetheless - jogging around the gymnasium locker bare for no reason is extremely unusual and you may no longer do it.

Irarely use crude or profane language. If I did I would be immediately ashamed no matter who was present.

I make a point to do all the things you mentioned. I try to be as chivalrous as I can towards women.
