I went to church, came back had a nice nap, now I a going to review scriptures and hopefully help some people.
Its so nice to rest on this blessed day to remember that God created me and everything else.
The person above me said To rest on Sunday as it is the day set aside because Christ rose.
Did Christ teach us to break God's Commandments? No
Do we honor Christ by breaking one of God's commandments that he wrote with his own finger? No
Does it say anywhere in the bible that resting on Sunday shows respect to Jesus or because of his resurrection? No
Are we following the wisdom of Men when we worship on Sunday? Yes
SCOTT: The sabbath is about Resting, to show you worship God. If you rest 7 days a week your not "Holy" your lazy!
Mark 2:
7Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Sunday worship has nothing to do with rest, those who worship on Sunday, I will have you notice don't rest, they sometimes work with no problem, as long as they go to church they are fine, but The Sabbath Day is about Resting, since your resting and set that day aside, ok, Go to church, study your bible, use this day to remember God, he gave it to you for that purpose. Remember him, that he created EVERYTHING in 6 days and Rested, because that is the God you worship
The God that made the Sabbath. There is a different God for Sunday, but we won't get into that here.

According to Judaic custom, From twilight on Friday until after sunset on Saturday is Shabbat, or Sabbath. Christians (defined as following Christ, with or without adherence to the the Nicean Creed) celebrate the Sabbath on Sunday as it is a day set aside in remembrance of the resurrection of Christ. I will be going on Sunday.

I am!!! I just on here answering questions till it's time to leave. It's my favorite day of the week. "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." 1John 5:3 And that means all of them, not just the ones that we feel like keeping.

Paul teaches that freedom from the Law means that we do not have to esteem one day over another. It also means we shouldn't criticize those who do. Romans and Galatians clarifies this completely.

I'm going on Sunday since the Sabbath was made for man and it was changed to honor Jesus who died that I might be free.

the bible tells us that you are to rest on the seventh day which is Saturday not to do anything and Sunday is the first day of the week . in the old testament and in the new testament it didn't matter what day you hold holy to the lord as long as you hold one day to him . my self i hold Sunday to god just as much as i hold Monday to him . and i hold Tuesday to god just as much as i hold Wednesday to him . and Thursday is just as important to me as Friday when I'm worshiping my lord Jesus Christ .

An educated Christian (educated in the ways of Christianity) would understand that for Christians, all days are of equal value.
