Bleh. Those other answers are too complicated. Follow this link on your AOL and all you have to do is click "Clear History Trail Now"

Clear your internet cache.

Here's How...

For Firefox 2
Click "Tools"
Click "Clear Private Data Now"

Almost everything will be checked except Cookies and Saved Passwords

Check the "Cookies" box
and Click "Clear Private Data Now"

You will still have to log back in to any websites but if you had the passwords saved all you won't have to retype them.

*Note* You can also press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to access the Clear Private Data Screen

For Internet Explorer 7
Click "Tools" It is on the top right hand side of the screen.
Click "Internet Options"
On that page under Browsing History
Click "Delete"
Click "Delete All" At the Bottom
Click "Yes" Don't worry about the Check Box

*NOTE* If you have Internet Explorer 6 go to Microsoft's website and download IE7. IE6 is not going to be supported for much longer and you will be more likely to get Virii and Spyware because of lack of security updates. Of course you could just get Firefox or Opera which are both good and secure browsers.
