If He knows how many hairs we have on our head, then not only is He watching, but He intimately cares about every little detail of our lives. Nothing is too small for Him. Read Psalm 139.
He's not watching so He can bonk us on the head when we slip up; He's watching in the same way a mother looks at her child when they're sleeping - with a smile of love; or the same way a father proudly watches his child take his first steps or learn to ride a bike.
And the most amazing thing is the way He looks at us when we mess up. All He wants is for us to run straight to Him (instead of hiding in shame) and say, I'm sorry, I love You! And He's not just waiting with outstretched arms - He's actually running to us, like the father with the prodigal son.

Yes god is truly whatching us all the time. And no he doesnt TIVO us and fast forward. He is right beside you at this very moment. He is around every body right now. He loves EVERY BODY. If you let him into your life you will notice things you have never noticed before

Given, If God is always watching us, I think he wouldn't be too bothered with the activities of mortals and their problems.... in fact from all the evidence of Creator God's character he is just like an average human... ( in his image yes?)
Kinda like when humans see a nest of ants, killing and pillaging another ants nest, only occasionally, if the human FEELS like it, the human interferes, at worst case scenario, the human will just use a bug bomb on both nests and wipe it all out says, " That's for being pests in my Jar of Sugar"
Hardly anyone TIVOs Animal Planet program about pests...

He's watching all the time. God doesn't experience time as we do, he sees the entire things all at once, as if he's looking down at all of human history at once. This explained both his omnipresence, and his omniscience. He can be everywhere at once because he can see everything at once, and he can know everything because he's already seen it all.

my theory is that god has multiple planets and universes. this one is actually dull and not progressing many people dont believe in dinosaurs, world made in 7 days. He watches the other projects more closely ours is just alot of blood shed.

In my opinion there is no god... at least of how the bible speaks. I do believe that there is a higher power though, not from this world. I think all that **** was a lie to make people afraid of death. I will burn for all enternity if I don't worship this man. I doubt it.
