No, your hair will remain as it is as this got to do with your genes and hormones. They will never change. So shaving would not help. but in fact, shaving might worsen the condition as after shaving, your hair grows thicker.

huh? No... shave your hair, and more hair comes. It replaces whatever you shaved.
