Your question is incomplete. Do you love the guy? Does he love you? If so, then 7 years is nothing. If you are not happy then break up and move on. Hard to answer a question that really isn't a question.

maybe you both need to have a serious discussion about what you both want. if your wanting a family and he isnt, maybe move on and find somone thats willing to settle.
