I'm not familiar with this model, but in general if the piston is stuck in the cylinder you should be thinking of finding a complete replacement. You don't want damaged brake parts. If it's a floating calliper that's stuck then a little penetrating oil and light taps with a blunt object should free it. Strip it and clean it before re-use and make sure the pads are ok and have no oil on/near them

Depends on what is seized, the piston into the caliper or the caliper slides.
If the slides are siezed then simply unseize them with some penetrating oil, if the piston is seized then replace with a new one or a good second hand one.

Yes, replace it. You'll never uncease it. You may be able to purchase one inexpensively from a local Salvage Yard.
