I think there are at least 3 kinds of cheaters: The kinds that do it because they can't help themselves, need to feel attractive, feel like they have as many women as they want (e.g. Jude Law). And then there's the ones who are unhappy and basically checked out of the relationship or bored and need a change and they're cheating because the relationshi is basically over for them anyway. Then I guess there's the revenge cheaters who do it out of spite, etc.
So you have to decide which one he is and the likelihood of him doing it again. Is he worth the pain if he does it again? I personally wouldn't go back because I'd never be able to trust him again. The fact that they were doing it in your bed especially means that you should run for the hills because it shows lack of respect for you.

people continually say this, yet i do no longer think it. i think of it relies upon on the stages of intimacy, dedication, and fervour in a dating. If the two companions are satisfied and satisfied via the era of the dating, then a prior cheater would be truthful. I do, besides the undeniable fact that, think of that its relatively confusing for a dating to make a comeback after somebody has cheated.

Before I got married, I cheated on my fiance (which later I confessed to him volunteerily). But after we tied the knot, I don't even bother thinking of another man that way... you know what I mean. Cheating is done for many reasons... to get back at their partner, to show off or they're just hooked on to the opposite sex and this group believes the saying "THE MORE THE MERRIER". This is something you hv to take a chance and think hard before you decide on anything

That is such a hard question to answer. the fact that he had the nerve to actually bring someone into your own bed makes me question his ability to be rehabilitated from cheating. I mean, how many other times did he cheat in your bed and you just didn't catch him? Just be cautious. Perhaps seek some professional couples counseling to see how serious he really is about changing/getting you back.

i could never be with a guy who cheated on me. it would always be in the back of my mind whether i wanted it to be or not. you can't get over something like that. and imagine marrying him, and 5 years down the road, you're pregnant and find him in bed with another woman again... you'd be kicking yourself for giving him that other chance. it's not worth it. every woman deserves better than that

Well, my husband cheated with a big girl.
So... I can certainly I identify with your question-
I feel that men by nature, feel a need to sow their wild oats (with a variety mix of girls) yet, we shouldn't stand for it- unless we see a major change in attitude.
Have pride & make it known you won't stand for it- play hard to get- when he wants you back- then make him a suffer a little!

My ex was a cheater. It never gets better, it only gets worse. Kick him to the curb and find someone else to love, someone who appreciates you and doesn't cheat.
Yes, once a cheater, always a cheater.

I wouldn't go back to a cheater ever. They have already shown that they are not able to be trusted. How could you ever trust them again?

4 year...4 fricking years..i know its hard for u to get over him..especially someone who you truy love. but you need to stop liking him as much as b4 before he might hurt you. his lies about "never doing it again" is fake. every guy lies once a while. if yo dont want to get urself in trouble again, stop liking him. but if u TRULY TRULY think you want to spend the reast of ur life with him, go ahead, its all up to u. if you think u wasted enough time on him, then stop. hes not worth anymore time.
gd luck
