I'm quite in a shape, but i would like to have legs thinner than i do at the moment... I am dieting and as a result cellulitte is already in the past for me, but my legs ( especially the upper part) are not slim enough as i would like them to be. What exercises would you recommend to minimise tigh and leg circumference? It is said that there are not only exercises that help build muscles but also the type of exercises that stretch up muscles and as a result can lead to a slim and even skinny leg shape. The last ones are exactly what i need!

I think you would probably be helped most by doint a ballet dance training regime with about 2 hours of practice a day. My wife had some excellent results when she worked out with the local ballet school. There is a lot of stretching and exercises to strengthen and tone the legs. The only problem for you might be that you will be with teenage girls.

If you can't do ballet dancing, try Jazzercize. My wife now does that 5 days a week.

We're never happy are we? I have super skinny legs which I hate and I'm always trying to build them up! The rest of my body is chunky so I look like an orange on toothpicks! Having said all that, the best exercises for trim, toned legs are super fast walking (especially in hilly areas for muscle definition) bike riding (you never see a cyclist with fat legs) a Stepper and a Thigh Master. All or a combination of these will definitely help you. Stick to at least 30 minutes a day and really work at it. You should see results in around six weeks. (My sister had fat legs and this worked for her) Good luck!

Okay here goed dear best way to slim up legs three minutes of squats, three minutes of leg lifts each side and the best for toning upper legs three to five minutes of getting into the same position as you would for leg lifts but the leg that is on top you bend so that it rests on the floor and lift the lower leg about 3 inches off of the floor by tightening up the inner leg muscles. Five times a week I guarantee it will work I got results within the first two weeks.

Squats w/ minimum weight. Will definitely tone and shape the thigh region. A plus this exercise gives to females is toning and shaping the hips and buns as well. You will truly see a difference.
