I think our troops are the most well-behaved, disciplined soldiers in the world, and that we have done a great job keeping these sorts of crimes from happening. Aside from Abu Gharib, in which the soldiers responsible were punished. In order for war crimes charges to even be brought up, you need to be able to prove there were orders to commit crimes against the populace (destruction of property doesn't count, as it is considered a lawful act of war), or that crimes committed were allowed to happen without punishment.

Iraq's are killing more of their countrymen than the U.S. The war criminals are the ones setting of the bombs in the market places and along the roads. I have yet so see a suicide bomber from the U.S.

You have a serious disorder...I took the time to check the rest of your questions...over 80 questions all of which are anti-bush administration or anti military. and the questions are more than just anti, most of them are just plain hate-filled. You are sick.
I hope you don't live in the USA. If you do, you should move to a different country thaty you seem to like (china). or maybe preferably one that we are going to bomb soon.

no the troops are not war criminals. there may be individuals who have committed crimes, but not the whole

notice most of these kills were brought by Iraqi insurgents/terrorists., not by US military.
No US and allied units are no war criminals.
