Catholic Chruches are neither liberal nor conservative. They are in full communion with the Pope.

This is why people leave the catholic church. Some find it to controling and too restrictive. If you find this then you might visit some other protestant churches like a congregational church. You can just visit them and then make up your mind if you think they are right for you or not. At the very least it would be a learning experience. You might or might not like it but its worth a try and its not a cult.

Sorry but there is no such thing as a liberal Catholic. If you are liberal...then you are a protest-ant...a dissenter.
