i have acolostomy but still having hemorrhoids witch bleed at times?

i cant under stand why i have lump around my anus witch bleeds at times and is itchy like hemmhoids are when i had a colostomy four years ago

You have a colostomy four years ago, but what was the situation running up to that colostomy? Chances are the hemorrhoids were already in place before the colostomy.
