Jesus went to hell - but didn't stay long, just went to preach.
By definition God created hell so we have to assume he
is there also.
Now of course these folks being preached to weren't part of the 12 tribes of Israel so wouldn't have gone to heaven - but i'm sure even if saved they were appreciative of the visit.

Have you thought about it this way - you don't have the eyes? Air is present all around you, but can you see it?
And yes - He is with us in hell too. He accompanies an individual soul everywhere in the form of Paramatma - the Supreme Soul. He IS omnipresent.

i see him on wednesdays, fridays and sundays, he pops into hell to play poker, drink wine and wind up a few lost souls.

We cannot see God as He really is with our finite vision,unless He chooses to reveal Himself to us and open our eye`s to His presence.
