unless you have a special process film, there are 3 basic processes for film:
1) black and white
2)color
3)slide
once a roll of film is developed, how it came out is permanent. making prints from the negatives is different, the print lab can make adjustments to color, tint, tone, texture, focus, size, etc. to the final prints. take your negatives and disappointing prints to the photo lab and show the technician what you want changed because trying to describe what you want just wont cut it.
