If you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and other healthy food; very little processed sugar, for ex. you will be surprised how much better you feel and look.
I think that's what it means.
btw: that's not in the Bible.

our actions make what we are. if we eat meat means we are pro-domestication of animals which should be considered as a form of slavery.
