Yeah, I am in the same boat as you. It feels great to be alive, and it feels great not to be always fearful that I have in some way made a God angry.

First of all Salvation is not a theory, it's a guarantee to those who obey God's law, you probably feel like deazone, that it is great to be alive, well it is great to be aliveand that is a great gift that God has given us all.I don't understand why on earth you would feel guilty for being born, it must be some strange belief you may have had, since it is not a requirement of God nor did he put it in the Bible.

The "salvation theory"? OK. Do I detect some bitterness there? Or is it like a badge of "honor" for ex-christians?

And why did you feel guilty for being born?

Or is it that people who say such things were declared mentally incompetent at birth?

Much better now that I have been born again of The Spirit of truth rather than according to the false teachings of the christian church. Be smart, seek the kingdom of heaven inside you.

it's been working out nicely. I've been a Christian for about 19 years and I grew out of my infant stage of faith (i.e. - feeling guilty about every little thing) right around 8th grade when I realized that it was grace that saved me not the perfection I couldn't grasp. Yep, feel pretty free and thankful - glad you asked.

I guarantee you will never find any were in the bible saying you should feel guilty for being born.
Funny how you try to blame christians for these feelings though, maybe you should think of something better to blame us for.

Guilt comes from disregarding your responsibilities as a living creature on a living planet in a thriving cosmos. Are we natives to this planet or are we alien parasites? We make this choice now, because we have forgotten the answer.

Maybe you don't need God or salvation. But for those who do, it works great.
Praise God.
