Just wondering if i should keep my chem e textbooks or not. Got about 6 months left and i'm graduated. I got about 8 of them right now and can get $20 for each one. Nothing amazing while in the industry i guess....but in terms of bars....$ 160 is great.

I have perry's handbook. I'm gonna keep that...so do i really need all my other textbooks?

depends on your specialty and the chance to refer to them .... I wouldn't keep a transport or a thermodynamics book under any circumstances. The rest are a toss up ... in a pinch, sell 'em ... you wont' miss them .... you won't have to move them when YOU move and anything you really need is readily available at a univ library or online.

Keep anything you might need but anything you question sell it.

Somehow if you want that book again later on you can buy it used online. Heck my guess is you can buy the version/printing before the one your selling now for cheaper than 20. It would be just as good too.

All so watch your local goodwills you can pick up all the reference books you need.

Makes sense to keep the handbook and may be some thing else which you liked very much and sell the rest. You can always buy them secondhand or refer in a library.

Make sure to research your professors when choosing your classes. ALWAYS go to class. Devote time at least once a week to studying for each class. Keep a schedule. Don't let your personal life get in the way. And most importantly find out the way YOU learn best. Since you hope to go to Vet school I would suggest looking to balance schoolwork with extracurriculars and possibly vet shadowing.
