that is not healthy at all for you to do. tho you may lose a substantial amount of weight you will also lose vitamins and minerals and will likely land yourself in the hospital. 1000 calories is basically what you would burn in 4-5 miles of running which would leave you with 0 calories to function for the rest of the day. a body generally needs between 1200-2000 calories a day to maintain weight before any exercise is added in. 3500 calories is a pound. not a good idea at all to follow that exercise routine or you will seriously harm your body, possibly permanently.

if you only eat 1000 calories a day you will have no energy. you have to eat healthy and moderate exercise. if your a male your right at your target weight, if your a female your maybe 5-10 lbs over which isnt' that noticable. But, if you were to only eat 1000 calories and run 4-5 miles a day you'll probalby be less than 100lbs, and extremely weak.
