Hi , i sound nasal after my nose operation,will another surgery of deviated septum help me sound better? pliz?

if you are in the immediate post op period then wait for the swelling to go down and see how your voice changes, if it has been a few weeks then realise that fixing a deviated septum changes the air flow for phonetics. your septum is probably not deviated anymore and does not need a repeat surgery. see your ent for more advice, good luck
