I'd like to cruise to Puerto Rico from Florida, spend a couple of days there, and cruise right back :)

Sorry but all cruise ships run 24/7. They pull into ports at about 6:00 Am, unload passengers, get supplies, start loading new passengers about noon and are gone again the same day, usually about 6:00 or 7:00 PM. All of the cruises that I have seen going to Puerto Rico at 7-day cruises, arriving and leaving on Sat or Sunday. If you want to cruise somewhere and also enjoy Puerto Rico you would have to cruise there and stay a week and then cruise back. You would have to pay for two cruises. Or, the best thing to do find a cruise out of PR and then fly there 3 or 4 days early to see and do in PR before the cruise. Then take the cruise and fly back home.

We just did a cruise out of PR on Royal Caribbean that went to Aruba, Curacao, St Thomas and St Maarten that was really nice. Book early and get good cruise price and also good air fare.

Yes, and the cruise line is called NAVY. Okay, it is against the law for any US citizen to go to Cuba and spend money. Canadians (and citizens of other foreign countries) don't have this problem, so there might be some cruise ships that go to Cuba, but they are not docking in Guantanamo Bay and they are not docking in the United States either.

Sorry to say, I haven't seen anything with this itinerary. The cruise lines tend to stay just the one day....
There are cruiselines that cruise out of San Juan, but that would require flying there...which isn't what you want.
