Then maybe reconsider if he is the guy for you because I think that couples should want to enjoy every holiday together with each other or in a group together.

Maybe it's not that big of an event ya know. Im not real into Memorial Day. Most people go home for a Bar-B-Que dinner and thats about it. Or people take their kids to overcrowded parks. Why not invite him over for M-Day and watch movies with some nice dinner? Or just ask him if he wants to do anything for M-Day? See whats his attitude on it. Me and my bf are like whatever to it ya know.

just call him and sound casual... just ask if he wants to hang out and he'll tell u if he has plans or not
