You must see a doctor and get treated.
The cramp can be removed with ease tell doctor to show you how to remove it, there may be books and Internet may have methods of reliving cramp.
Pins may have simple solution if it is pin worm, doctor can do a blood test and give medicine. It is by prescription only.
You wrote "some time my toes twists and hurt v'ery much". So gently try and twist it by hand in the opposite direction, try and learn to relax the associated tendon and parts of the body involved, you must be stressing them while stretching to relax, while yawning.

Do this Yoga and you will find the difference yourself.
Halasana (Plough pose): Lie flat on your back with legs and feet together, arms by your side with fists closed near your thigh keeping your legs straight, slowly raise them to angles of 30 degree, 60 degree, and 90 degree, pausing slightly at each point. Gradually, raise your legs above your head without bending your knees and then move them behind until they touch the floor. Stretch your legs as far as possible so that your chin presses tightly against the chest while your arms remain on the floor as in the original position. Hold the pose from between 10 seconds to three minutes, breathing normally. To return to the starting position slowly reverse the procedure.
This asana relieves tension in the back, neck, and legs and is beneficial in the treatment of lumbago, spinal rigidity and rheumatism, myalgia, arthritis, sciatica, and asthma.
Hope this helps, Good Luck.

My Dr prescribed potassium for my nighttime leg cramps. Have your Dr check for a potassium deficiency and see if taking potassium would help with this. My legs would actually kick at night and there was no way for me to get relief. I take one potassium pill every night and have not had the pain but occasionally in the past 5 years. Good luck

It's one of those things that your doctor must diagnose. Sorry. So, I diagnose that you see another doctor. Your bill is in the mail for this diagnosis. Thank you Dr.granny
Just a little humor. There could be nerve damage or the beginning stages of something else. You should not let the problem go.

Book lover is possibly right. However, it rather depends on your view and faith in holistic or alternative medicine. Some acupuncture clinics list this as one of the things they can cure.
I was very sceptical towards acupuncture til some persuaded me to have course of treatment with it for my back trouble. It didn't cure the problem completely but it alleviated the problem far more effectively than any conventional medicine ever did.
I don't where you live so I can't recommend one in your area, but they can always be found in your local phone book.

Another possibility is that of a pinched nerve. The only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
