It's not that simple. A person who is a heavy smoker and drinker is most likely to get esophageal cancer (cancer of and around the esophagus). Oral cancer is more common in people who chew tobacco or smoke cigars. Cigarette smokers are at high risk for lung cancer, of course, but other factors such as alcohol intake, working conditions and heredity have effects also.

For sure lung cancer is the most common one for smokers, with 1.2 million new cases diagnosed every year.
then comes the oral cancers, in which 90% of patients used to smoke tobacco either by smoking or chewing, anyway oral cancer include lips, throat and tongue.
however their number is not as numerous as lung cancers.

i would say lung cancer. and i am taking health classes in school right now. smoking affects lungs the most in the body. lung cancer is most common among those who smoke.
