Since you bleached your hair it is best to do daily mostuireizing treatments with mayonaise. I know it sounds crazy but mayonaise nourishes and conditions bleached and overprocessed hair. First apply mayonaise on your hair apply it as would apply hair color and put a shower cap over it. Keep the mayonaise in your hair for 10 minutes rinse shampoo and condtioner, blowdry( for optimal health of your hair) blowdrying gives your hair body snd use a leave in conditioner. The best shampoo out out is the John Frieda Friz Ease Shampoo and Conditioner and styling products. Paul Mitchell is also a great shampoo. With these tips you will have beautiful salon quality hair without the salon.

Definetly trim your hair. in case you elect to flow to a salon (that's in all risk a stable thought) you ought to ask them for some shampoos or conditioners that they propose. some staple products to do is first get a trim wash your hair a minimum of as quickly as a week, yet no longer popular perhaps lay off on the straightening perhaps do it another day, or no longer at fascinated with a jointly as you ought to objective some stuff from Dove or I heard Pantene works too.. a number of the conditioners for broken hair. and in case you may, once you wash ur hair, enable it dry with the help of itself, no longer with a blow dryer.

Well, hair is dead. It was never alive, but to answer your question I would suggest a good moisturizer and maybe if your not going out avoid washing it. Bleaching often drys out hair and dry hair is very often frizzy. Frizzy hair often just does not have enough oil on it and while you don't want to make your hair oily, it just needs to have more oil(moisturizer) put on it.

I have natural curly hair and I use sunsilk. My hair gets dry easy and this shampoo works for me. I would try a shampoo for color treated hair. I would also try hot oil.
