My puppy is a male poodle, 13 weeks old, 4lbs 3 oz. How can I train him to go to the wee wee pad? He goes sometimes other times he goes everywhere else.

From his present weight can anyone tell me how big is he going to get. Thank you.

Relax! He is just a pup and like a small baby.We cannot train a small baby at once to go in the toilet. It takes time.U can search the web instead.

You have to get him a cage. Lock him up, they dont like to pee where they sleep. But make sure when you take him out, you take him straight to the wee wee pad. Put it in the bathroom and lock him in until he uses it and then let him lose. Dont forget to tell him that he is a good boy. When you leave the house you have to lock him up again and when you get home you must take him to the wee wee pad immediately.

First if he is 13 weeeks old he can doublein size but you can ask teh breeder you got him from.
Second, house training, it sounds like you aren't watching him or keeping him confined so he can run and go whereevr. I personally suggest teh crate training method.Don't let the pup out of teh kennel when you are not there to watch him ( he shouldn't be punished unless you catch him). As Soon as you let him out of the kennel take him to where you want him to go . Pups and dogs do not ussually like to go In their den"crate". When he is good PRAISE him. Any mistakes a firm no and walk him to the pad.
Good Luck

When you catch him in the act, discipline and immediately put him on the wee wee mat. and reward when he goes where he is supposed to. taking him outside regularly would help a lot too.

Push his face in the place where he wet and then show him the wee wee pad.I dont know what you feed him but he'll be close to his adult weight at 18 months.A big male can get up to 60 pounds.

Big praise and treats when he goes on the pad. You can gradually move it toward the door.
