yes they can... but blood in stool can signify anything from ulcers, to worms to cancer.

get her to a vet immediately.

can't diagnose over the computer. She needs to go to the vet along with a stool sample. There are several reasons for blood in the stool simple like worms to something like cancer. When It's dealing with any kind of blood loss get to vets.
