I do care if a company goes green espcially if it is a big company. If more companies go green then the other companies who arent green yet will want to keep up.

Absolutly! Big companies mean big waste! Even if the company does as little as changes to recycled paper or uses CFL bulbs at their offices every little bit will help. I think a lot of companies are jumping on the "Green Band wagon" as a way to profit, but if they are genuinly improving their wastefull ways, I really don't care if they make an extra buck or two. Everyone needs to pitch in and large companies can set good examples and encourage their employees and customes to do similar eco-friendly things!

i imagine that throughout the time of an proper concern a public decision might want to rigidity well being care giants to decrease expenses. notwithstanding the weakened plans being considered with the help of Congress likely gained't attempt this, and could extremely set up such measures for failure contained in the eyes of the ordinary public. similar 'poison-tablet' style measures were allowed to bypass as part of LBJ's 'large Society' application to strive against poverty, which include the unsuitable version of welfare that persevered till the Clinton years. yet be conscious, this technique become no longer immediately discarded--it truly is an phantasm of ideological questioning. Weakened or no longer, the pseudo-public decision which will almost surely bypass will be round for a lengthy time period, in spite of criticism.

Yes, but it has to be an honest effort. Many companies are however working (some more than others) to reduce their environmental impact and I would prefer to give them my business. That way they benefit and the environment benefits too.

While it does indeed matter what each and everyone of us does in regards to how we treat mother earth, I dont normaly bother to look at how any corporation treats mother earth because they will either be lying about it or theyll only be doing it if it profits them. Neither of which is worthy of respect and/or admiration in my book. Ill buy what I need from whoever sells it at a price I can afford and then focus on caring for mother earth as best I can.

I do tend to choose products that advertise that they have an environmental conscience. I just hope that it's real and not just PR

yes i do care, but i would rather them actually go green, rather than just slapping an organic component in their product and calling it environmentally friendly.
