more over im afraid of people and i do not talk to any one may be i think i dunno wat to talk and my mindbecomes blank,
this is happening for several yrs (i cant even count the n of yrs)
moreover wen ever i feel like talking i get a feel that the other people may not be interested r myself gettng embarassed ,
so even wen others are looking at me casually i get a feel that they are teasing me, i fel the whole world is against me so i remain mum most ofthe times, wen i see som ofmy friends who are cool buddies cracking jokes ofte an eepig every body in splits, i do want to bcom lke them but i get a fee that whether they would accept me r tell that he's just trying to copy others,due to the shortage in talkig im easily defeated by others i speech,they treat mea dumb *** and they easily convince or persuade me, i m very confused in selecting and do not have a stablemind thoughts divert within fractions ofseconds so guys im terribly afraid whether icould go all d way just being likethis

You need counseling. Does your insurance cover psychological therapy? You sound miserable. Good luck!

You know, I have a lot to say, but ... keeping it brief...

Do you have some of the following symptoms in addition to what you mentioned in your question?

Blackness under eyes
Bloating
Constipation
diarrhoea on and off
weight - normal?
postnasal drip
allergies? frequent colds??
depression
anxiety
etc... there is a huge list that goes on ....

And most importantly have you been to several doctors, and have had them unable to come up with a diagnosis? If this is true, then I am very very sure that you have candida/candidiasis. However there are only a few doctors, that can diagnosis canidiasis, and depending on where you live there may not be any at all.

There are a couple of good sites regarding candidiasis, but for now I would recommend looking at the following:

Please get tested for it and get it ruled out. The link below provides a list of places where you can get tested for it.

and in the meantime, stay away from foods with artificial sweetners, artificial coloring, sugar, yeast, milk, high fructose corn syrup, and vinegar. I have a lot more in my mind but can't think of them right now.

Look at the ingredients and if it has aspartame, sucralose, high fructose corn syrup, try to avoid them.

Some people are sensitive to some of the above and it adds stress to the body.

Eat more fresh vegetables, drink lots of purified water ( buy bottled water at grocery stores ) preferably water purified by Reverse Osmosis, eat lots of lemon, garlic, spices like black pepper, basil, turmeric, eat/drink buttermilk/yogurt/curd, corriander, etc... again can't think of the rest.

Oh, and try eating ground? flaxseed.... You can find it at grocery shops... Add about 2 spoons? or so to your food, and see how it makes you feel? There are also muffins made out of flaxseed that you can buy. They really made a difference in how I felt. Try them and see if you notice any difference...

I have personally gone trough something like this. When I was about 20 years old I started to lose interest in every thing, i didn't want to be around people, I felt like every one was judging me most of the time I didn't know what to say. Things got pretty bad for me I was very unsecured about every thing. My best advice for you is to seek professional help. I found out the hard way that I was suffering from depression, and anxiety. I know that a lot of people think that therapy is a waist of time, but I can honestly says that thanks to that I am doing much better. Whether you believe it or not depression is a real illness and it can be treated, with both therapy and medicine. Please don't ignore this! depression can become something very dangerous if left untreated.

See a doctor. You may have low thyroid levels, which would cause you to sleep a lot and not have any interest in anything. Otherwise, it sounds like you have depression. Definitely see a doctor and get a full physical.

Boys that age love cars and trucks while girls love princesses. Make sure it is bright and colorful and the pictures/objects are big enough that they can see them easily but can't reach up and pull them off (I lost a few mobiles that way until I learned to hang them higher).

you could be like me...you could have social stress......i listen to what's going on around me, but i'm affraid i will sound like an *** if I contribute.....i had to realize that making friends is not very important...(we all need them..yes) but it is not worth being someone you are not. do not let quiet be confused with weak(another lesson I learne), but had to have someone else looking in to tell me
