There is no "easy" way to lose weight and ALL diet pills are unhealthy for you. It's like slow suicide and is addicting. When I was in high school I use to take pills. They make you weak and you start getting use to the pills and need to take more for it to work. Then as soon as you get off it, you gain it all back.

I lost about 30lbs with diet and exercise in about 6 months. And I'm so happy now. It's a lot better if you lose it yourself too, because it shows you how strong you are.

Just don't starve yourself because your body well eat muscle too not only fat, and your circulartory system gets weak and slows you metabolism. Also, the next time you eat after starving your body turns into fat instantly because you put your body into survival mode and saves it like you are gonna starve yourself again.

-Instant tricks are don't drink soda (instead drink water or diet iced teas)
-Smaller portion sizes
-Eat small meals every couple of hours (this speeds up your metabolism which burns the food you eat)
-Exercise cardio 3-4 times a week for at least 30mins with at least 30mins strength a week (having some muscle can help your metabolism speed up) **OR any exercise that you'll like. I personally like yoga, because it elongates your body and makes lean muscle OR dance :D
-Take multi-vitamins.
-Listen to your body (if you really have a craving eat a small piece of chocolate)
***This is my super tip, every morning I eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats and milk. That is the main thing that helped me lose weight. The fiber and vitamins are all over good for your body and the milk fills you up so you aren't hungry.

I'm so much more confident now :D and I hope I helped.

Diet and exercise are your only options. No short cuts. Work your *** off, look up the abs diet, hook up protein, eat small meals every three hours and drink plenty of water. Muscle burns fat faster and longer than anything else, so you must lift weights and the best cardio you could do is interval training. If your real serious check out the Body for Life book and get after it. Also analyze why you want to lose weight, if the answer is anything other than life long health, your attempts will be short lived and you be back to fat in no time. Make a life change.... things youll find out...Youll have more energy, a new outlook on life and youll look good. Best of luck to you.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

A good diet is probably the easiest and fastest. Excersise is okay but has no lasting effect if it isn't backed by a strong diet.

Weight Loss 4 Idiots has a pretty good program. they have this book and diet generator tool you can get that analyzes your stats and gives you a pretty easy to follow diet that isn't that different from what you usually eat (in my case). It works pretty fast-you start seeing good results in a little over a week.

Hope it helps.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
