Should i have taken this as a joke?
while at work these co-workers began talking, this guy asked this girl what she was doing tonight, and then she said she was going back to her hometown, and then this guy said he was going to be playing with someone's boobs and she asked who's boobs and he said "melinda's boobs, " (my name's melinda,btw) and i was right in front of him and he laughed about it and i was speechless, i was like "jeremey" because that 's his name and he said "what ,you can't say aything , your blushing" and i was like , i put blush on today, but i'm not blushing and then he didn't say anything afterwards.. should i have just shrugg it off, i think he knows i like him, but i'm trying to get over him b/c he is soo rude sometimes

Although it was tacky, under the circumstances, I would not consider it harassment... You have to realize that a 24 year old guy, still has a lot of growing up to do... I think it was his lighthearted way of letting you know that he knows you like him.... I apologize for him, as I am sure he doesn't think he has anything to apologize for. At the end of the day, he is probably not someone worthy of your time. You should consider it a blessing....

I'm sure that he was just joking, but maybe he is the type of guy who feels important when he embarrasses others as he obviously embarrassed you by his crude remark.
He sounds like an immature, sexist jerk making an offensive remark like that to your co-worker.
Find someone else to have a crush on. Besides, you don't want to have an office romance as they always mean trouble. .
