oh girl, I'm the best person to answer this! I'm a professional esthetician, I deal with this everyday. You can get any kind of loofah or Pumice stone or even an exfoliating wash from the store.
A great one is either st.ives microbead scrub for sensitive skin. Its not expensive. u can get it anywhere...and it removes all the dead cells on the face. OR if your looking to exfoliate your whole body. You can get OLAY daily facials, theyre not expensive either..they're clothes that you can rub on your face, feet, tummy, legs anywhere to remove dead skin, and its amazing. I love them. Anything from Olay is great. any other questions let me know! good luck!

Buy sea salt. I get mine from a local salon. It doesn't smell great. I have severely dry skin and I've used washes w/ exfoliates and loofahs and pumice stones anything. But as soon as I used the see salt my skin felt amazing. Now that I've been using it I only have to do it every few days. Check around some salons and see if you can find it. It is just an all natural sea salt scrub. It isnt a body wash just pure sea salt. (do not use it if you have any open wounds)

I like to use a cotton wash cloth and a mixture of 1 part white sugar, 1 part honey, and a few drops of oil such as olive oil of apricot kernel oil. I make about 1/2 cup, great for feet too. The sugar is an exfoliant, you can also add a bit of dry (or regular) milk to the mix, it's an exfoliant as well. Just be sure to rinse well, and massage any oil that remains into the skin so it doesn't cause any blemishes. All natural, and probably in your kitchen! :D

There are lots of ways to do it, as others have mentioned. Just don't use anything with apricot! It's mostly ground up pits which are angular and can cause small cuts and scrapes. They end up damaging the skin more than helping it. Sugar scrubs work well, as do body poofs with your regular shower gel.

u may use either

1) loofah with a body wash

2) bath lily with a body wash

3) small soft handtowel with a good body scrub
