cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, cycling, swimming etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min

The answer is there is no quick way to slimyour things. It is actually impossible to slim just your thighs. You have to lose fat, adipose tissue, from all over your body. Diet and exercise is the key. The easiest way to eliminate calories from your diet is to drink only water.

Your goal should be to lose 2-3 pounds a week unless you are 40-50 pounds over weight. It took time to gain that weight,and it is going to take you time to lose it. Patience and persistence pays off.

i think running works but there are also some great workouts and fitnessmagazine.com you have to search for it on the website but they really to slim down thighs well i mean the right workouts

good diet and exercise. that's all it really takes.
-walk whenever possible
-instead of cookies, try an apple etc. etc.
