I swear, even though I think I have a milk intollerance of some kind, so I started drinking soy, I get bloated and/or sometimes I feel like I have fluid behind my eardrum. Anyone get this? Anyone get fluid /full feeling in inner ear with milk? What hapens if you have an intollerance to soy? Is that common?

No, I have started on the soy drinks and have no problem with them. It sounds as if the ear problem is unrelated to the milk.

Soy milk only has calcium if it's been added. The same with vitamin B12. Both of those nutrients are naturally found in real, dairy milk. But some soybean companies manufacture calcium and B12 in a labratory and add it to soy products during processing. You'll need to read the label to see if your soymilk has calcium or not. If it's not on the label, look for another brand or go back to dairy. You can find lots of milks for the lactose intolerant.
