That's an interesting question because the two answers you got so far (one no and one yes) are both right, even if they're opposite.
Marianne is right…you should leave it alone so as not to risk an infection. Your body will deal with it slowly but surely.
But Bingo is right too because if you do not want to wait forever for your body to deal with this, you can just prick it with a sterile needle, squeeze out the blood and protect it with a bandage.
Personally, I would do what Bingo would do but I would advise to follow Marianne’s suggestion if you have a problem with your immune system or are very bad at dealing with sterile needles, antibiotic creams and bandages.

i always have, when the air gets to it it,ll dry out in a couple of days. if you want put a bandage on it while it,s drying. if you don,t poke a little hole into it the blister will be there a couple
of weeks. remember air is the key medicine.when you prick
a hole into it with a sterile needle put a tiny bit of pressure on to it and get the blood squeezed out. once you relieve the pressure it,ll feel better instantly.

No, you should leave it alone. If you don't pop it, it will absorb back into your skin. You will also not have the possibility of infection like when you pop it. Just leave it alone.
