Water will definintely help clear your complexion. But in the meantime, I also suggest Proactiv. It's a great 3 step system and works VERY well!

Microdermabrasion will not cure the acne completely. What it does is takes off the surface skin cells by "sandblasting" it with crystals. You would need more than 1 session and it's quite expensive and usually not covered by insurance.

Or your dermatologist can prescribe you Retin A Micro or Tazorac. Both are very effective at night lotions to help acne and acne scarring go away. You'll have to give it a little time to work but for the most part you'll see a difference pretty quickly.

In the meantime, keep your cellphone away from your chin or at least clean it with alcohol everyday. Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins in your body. Keep your pillowcases washed at least weekly. And try Proactiv.

Good luck!

i've used proactiv it works awesome on your face, and clears up in a week or two, there is a knock off of it at CVS its called "Acne Free" much cheaper, make sure you use sunscreen the sun will make you get hyperpigmentation, which is what happens when you have a pimple, it goes away and leaves you with a brown or dark brown almost black spot on your skin for a long time, microdermabrasion works well but you ussually have to do a series of 3-6 sessions before you see results and each session cost me about $175. good luck, hope this helped:)
